Every school email from yesterday, sorted by what you actually have to do about it. In your inbox by 6:00am.
You choose what we can see. We scan From, address, and subject on recent mail so you can pick school senders. We then read the full body of messages from senders you check, to write a brief. We do not include mail from a sender you did not check.
Continue with Google is sign-in only (name and email). It does not open your inbox. Connecting Gmail is a separate Google permission screen. We request gmail.readonly — read mail. We do not request send, delete, or settings. We will not send, delete, or move mail, change Gmail settings, see or store your Google password, or share your Gmail login with a co-parent.
If you forward instead, we never open Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. A private address receives only what you send there. Unknown addresses are dropped.
No. Continue with Google is sign-in only (name and email). It does not open your inbox. If a coach emails, and you pick that sender, those messages go in the brief. Remind, Band, GroupMe, and group texts are not covered. We do not read those.
We only include mail from the senders you watch. In Settings, each of those senders has an Always look for note — tell us to pull the lunch menu, picture-day color, or a form that is due, and we look for those when we write the brief. If a sender is not on your list, that mail will not be in it.
If a date or a deadline shows up in a school email we're watching and it isn't in your brief, tell us and we'll refund the whole year. No partial credit, no argument.
You sign in with Google. That screen is identity only — name and email — and does not open your inbox. Then a separate Google permission screen asks for read-only mail.
If you've got one kid at one school and you actually read every email, you don't need this.
